Browse our range of bikes, accessories, components and cycling equipment, then click Add to Basket on any item you would like to purchase. Once you have finished shopping, select the basket icon to review your order and proceed to our secure checkout.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, along with any other payment methods displayed during checkout.
Where finance options are available on selected products, details will be shown on the relevant product pages.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, for special-order products, or where supplier availability is limited.
If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international orders at this time.

If you purchased online or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Where a return is required due to a fault or our error, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain products where seals have been removed or where the item has been used, unless the goods are faulty.
Special-order, personalised or custom-built products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has commenced. We will advise you of any such restrictions before purchase.
