Returns
If not absolutely delighted with your goods when you receive them, please take advantage of our 'no quibble' guarantee. Just return them to us within 14 days for a full exchange or refund. Please return your goods (unused) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange as required.
THIS APPLIES TO GOODS THAT ARE THE WRONG SIZE TOO.
SORRY BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND CARRIAGE CHARGES OR RETURN POSTAGE AS THEY ARE BOTH DIRECT COSTS.
PLEASE OBTAIN A 'PROOF OF POSTING' CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR POST OFFICE WHEN RETURNING GOODS AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS LOST ON RETURN TO US.
If your goods have been used we can not offer the ‘no quibble guarantee’.
Damaged goods
Please check the product thoroughly BEFORE signing for it. If you sign for the product you are accepting that it has been delivered in good condition. If your bike is delivered damaged you MUST sign for it as DAMAGED. If you sign for the goods as received in good condition and the goods are actually damaged we will not be able to refund or replace the goods.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Items such as (but not limited to) broken brake cables, broken gear cables, flat tyres, punctured inner tubes, skidded tyres, buckled wheels and snapped chains are not manufacturing defects.
It is the responsibility of the rider to check that the bike is safe to ride before use. If the bike is not correctly maintained the warranty is invalid.
Bikes are not suitable for stunt riding. Any misuse or inappropriate use, general abuse or signs of impact or damage will invalidate your warranty.
A bike can last a lifetime if it is cared for properly. Please ask our team for advice if you are not sure how to look after your bike.
If you think that your bike has a manufacturing defect please contact us, return the bike to us (make sure you obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate) and we will inspect it. If we agree we will refund the cost of postage, repair the bike and return it to you. If we disagree we will contact you and return the bike to you.
Spec changes
We are sorry that we can not change the specification of bikes delivered outside of our region (Newcastle Upon Tyne).
